NHS Cancer Bus Tour
Posted or Updated on 9 Jun 2025
The NHS Cancer Bus Tour is coming to Coventry and Warwickshire to make it easier for residents to access life-saving screening information on their doorstep.
The tour began in May and will run until September this year, visiting various hotspots across the Coventry and Warwickshire area, including Nuneaton and Atherstone.
The bus will be staffed with health and care experts who are ready to help you learn more about the signs and symptoms of cancer, cancer screening, and the support services available in your area.
Their aim is to engage with local communities and emphasize the importance of recognizing the signs of cancer and utilizing screening services, as this can potentially save lives.
They will also encourage individuals who are concerned about any symptoms to contact their GP. Early detection of cancer makes it more treatable and can save your life or the life of someone important to you.
Check it, Don’t Chance it!
Cancer can be a scary and overwhelming subject but the bus provides a safe space within the local communities for people to connect with specialised healthcare professionals and the valuable information that they offer.
This is a free event and everyone is welcome to attend. All the latest information on the Cancer Bus and their current timetable for when the bus will be near you can be found via the link below.
