Recently, Jordine Crooks, our Nurse Clinical Leader, was nominated for The Gill Schweigert Innovation Award. This award recognises innovation within General Practice Nursing teams and aims to acknowledge individuals or teams that have significantly impacted patient care, leadership, or methods of operation.

We are thrilled to announce that Jordine earned the runner-up position, placing a very close second among 21 nominees. Congratulations, Jordine!
Jordine was nominated for her outstanding work leading our recent "Living Well for Longer" initiative, which aims to prevent health deterioration in our most vulnerable patients and support them in living independently for as long as possible.
