COVID Self-Referral Platform Is Now Live!

We are excited to share with you that the Respiratory@Home service self-referral platform is now live and ready to be used by patients. Vulnerable patients can use this portal to order Covid medicines for delivery.

You can access this online and check your eligibility by visiting the website below:

Once you are on the website you will be instructed of the next steps and if you meet the criteria which will be available for self-referral.

As Covid is still an issue, our purpose is to support our patients in receiving the best available treatment they are eligible for and offering them reassurance that their condition is monitored.
